Presentation will include review of basic Adlerian concepts and correlating the best practices of supervision with the Adlerian principles.

Participants will  be able to articulate a model for Adlerian supervision. Participants will be able to share difficult supervision situations and

have the Adlerian model demonstrated in that scenario.
